It is crucial that you make an accurate identification before taking action against a frog you believe is invasive. Bullfrogs have a deep, sonorous call: single bullfrog - bullfrog chorus.

Adult Red-legged Frogs can be mistaken for juvenile Bullfrogs. There are several distinguishing characteristics which can prevent confusion. The frog on the left is a Red-legged and the frog on the right is a Bullfrog.
