Introductory Organic Chemistry

Units: 1.5, Hours: 3-0

Functional group survey; alkanes, cycloalkanes, conformational analysis; stereochemistry; nucleophilic substitution, elimination; alkenes, alkynes, dienes; alcohols and ethers.

Note: A prerequisite for all other courses in organic chemistry.

Prerequisites: 101 or 150.

Undergraduate course in Chemistry offered by the Department of Chemistry in the Faculty of Science.
