The PhD Candidacy Examination consists of an oral examination. This examination should be taken and passed within two years of entering the PhD program.
Grading: INP, COM, N, F.
Graduate course in the Law program administered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
Note that not all courses are offered in every term. If a course is not offered, the schedule page will alert you that "No classes were found that meet your search criteria."
