Survival Analysis

Units: 1.5, Hours: 3-0

Analysis of time-to-failure data; censoring; survival, hazard rate and mean residual life functions; nonparametric estimation and comparisons of survival functions; covariates; parametric models; semi-parametric (Cox) regression model; time-dependent covariates.

Note: Students with credit for 454 require permission of the department.

Prerequisites: 350, 353 and 450 or permission of the department.

Undergraduate course in Statistics offered by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics in the Faculty of Science.
