Welcome to Ceremonies and Events

The University of Victoria Ceremonies & Events office coordinates many high profile university events, including Spring and Fall Convocation ceremonies. Working closely with Executive, Faculty and other campus partners, we manage annual events such as the Legacy Awards, the Craigdarroch Research Awards, the President’s Circle Dinner and Distinguished Service Awards.

The Ceremonies & Events team offers consultative services and event planning support for the university campus to achieve a consistent and professional outcome for all university events.
