Please complete and submit this form to assist in the planning of the Convocation ceremonies.

There are two options for faculty attending Convocation:

1. Member of academic procession

• processing from Clearihue Building D134 into the University Centre Farquhar Auditorium
• seated in 2nd or 3rd row on the stage (tickets are not required).
• required to wear regalia
• may request maximum of two tickets, based on availability, for the general audience seating for other guests

2. Member of general audience

• seated in general audience
• maximum of two tickets based on availability

Regalia

You are required to wear regalia if you will be in the academic procession. If you do not have your own regalia, the Ceremonies & Events Office will lend you a black gown, cap and UVic hood, free of charge.

Please fill out the regalia reservation below by the date indicated to you by the Ceremonies and Events office.

Reserved regalia will be marked and waiting for you in Clearihue Building D134. Please return regalia to this location following the ceremony.
