How do I get an official copy of my diploma?

Where can I pick up my graduate or undergraduate diploma if I am not attending the ceremony?
If you indicate that you would like to pick-up your diploma up for Spring 2012 convocation, you may do so starting Friday, June 22nd, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Registrar’s Office, University Centre, main floor. Photo ID is required. See also graduation documentation
Note: You should pick up your diploma or arrange for a mail out within three months of your date of Convocation.
If I request that my diploma to be mailed, when will I receive it?
Diplomas will be mailed within one month of Convocation. The university is not responsible for diplomas that are delayed, damaged or lost in the mail.
If I attend my convocation ceremony will I get my diploma there or will it be mailed to me?
If you have registered to attend, you will receive your diploma when you cross the stage. Please note if you have any outstanding fees or fines with the university, you will not receive your official diploma until they are paid. However, you’ll still be able to participate in the ceremony and cross the stage.
How do I get a diploma or certificate frame?
Pre-order a frame and UVic Student Ambassadors will frame your diploma or certificate on site for no charge. Order in advance to guarantee the frame of your choice. Frames will also be available to purchase in the University Centre on Convocation day.
