Registration for Spring 2012 Convocation is now open.

On convocation day

  1. If you are going to join the academic procession, please arrive in the marshaling room (Clearihue D134) 30 minutes before the ceremony so that we can take attendance and relay numbers backstage.
  2. If you are borrowing regalia from the bookstore and have reserved it in advance, please pick it up in the Board and Senate Chambers (University Centre A180) before going to the marshaling room.
  3. Following the ceremony, please return your regalia to the Board and Senate Chambers.
