Overview

The Department of Economics is one of seven departments in the Faculty of Social Sciences and has 24 permanent faculty members. Our faculty members excel at teaching and are actively involved in research in most of the areas of economics.

We offer undergraduate programs leading to Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees and Master's and Ph.D. degrees at the graduate level.
