Studies Program – University of Toronto
A number of universities are establishing transatlantic exchange
programs for both graduates and undergraduates with the cooperation
of European universities.
- The Canada-EU
Exchange Program
The aim of the project is to foster durable co-operation and exchanges
among a consortium of Canadian and European Union universities,
promoting mobility of students and academic staff, and at the
same time, considering whether the use of new teaching technologies
can increase the effectiveness of such exchanges. Participants
include Memorial University of Newfoundland, Laurentian University,
University of Calgary, University of Limerick, Robert Gordon University,
University of Leiden, and Uppsala University.
- Transatlantic
Masters Programme in Public Policy and the Global Economy
McMaster University, The University of Toronto and the Université
de Montréal, along with a number of European Partners offer
a Transatlantic Masters Programme in Public Policy and the Global
Economy. Although this is not really a European Studies programme,
it does involve student exchange to Europe.
- B.A.
in European and Russian Studies, Carleton University, includes
a concentration in European integration studies as well as other
concentrations relating to Europe
- European Studies - York University European Studies in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies at York University approaches the study of Europe from an intercultural perspective and with an interdisciplinary approach.
