The Lord Elgin Hotel
The proceedings for the ECSA-C 2012 conference will be held at the Lord Elgin Hotel in downtown Ottawa, where a special conference rate has been pre-arranged for participants.
To make your reservations at the Lord Elgin, follow these steps:
- Go to the Lord Elgin's website
- Select your travel dates, and number of adults per room in the Reserve Online section of their homepage
- Click Dates and Availability
- In the next window, select Groups near the top of the page
- Enter the GROUP CODE included in your conference logistics email (early February)
- In the pop-up box, select Sign In
(Note: You may need to temporarily disable pop-up blockers)
- Choose your room type and continue booking your stay
