Description (show/hide)

Marc Lapprand is a 20th century French literature specialist. His passion for the work and life of Boris Vian spans over two decades. His works on this writer (three books, numerous articles) have led him to be part of the editing team of his Complete Works published by Fayard (15 volumes, 1999-2003), and eventually to be invited to lead the editorial team of Vian's Complete Prose Works for Gallimard's "Bibliothèque de la Pléiade," to be published in two volumes in 2010. He's also working on Oulipo (Poétique de l'Oulipo, Rodopi, 1998), and has published a book on Jacques Jouet's work, a first on this author (L'oeuvre ronde: Essai sur Jacques Jouet, Lambert-Lucas, 2007).
