Lynne Johnstone, Manager, HR Systems & Workforce Analytics (250–721-8123) lynnej@uvic.ca manages the general Human Resources office and is responsible for the development, maintenance and supervision of the computerized Human Resource Information System (BANNER). She is also responsible for HR data management, including ad hoc reporting and consulting on campus wide HR reporting needs and the HR FAST reporting tool. |

Barbara Hogan, Manager, Organization Development and Learning Services (250-721-8088) hoganb@uvic.ca is responsible for managing Human Resources' programs and projects and conducts needs assessments for HR, Organization
Development, and Labour Relations. In addition she is responsible
for developing and implementing the Learning and Development
training schedule offered to UVic employees, including the HR certificate programs. Barbara also leads a number of training sessions. |

Clare Malcolmson, Learning and Development Coordinator (250-853-3181) claremal@uvic.ca is responsible for
the Learning and Development activities including scheduling, tracking registrations, certificate programs, special events, course planning and facilitates a number of training workshops. Responsibilities also include managing
the departmental website and supporting the HR Management
Team as required. |

with its employees through its representative Unions. Steve
provides strategic, tactical and technical guidance on contract
administration issues and the design and development of
Human Resources policies and procedures, and chairs University
committees negotiating collective agreements. |

and labour relations policies including contract administration
and interpretation, grievance/arbitration, and chairing
