SERIES INFORMATION

Purpose:  The purpose of this series of workshops is to assist managers and those in leadership roles in understanding university specific systems, processes and tools. The series has 6 main categories, with a range of topics within each:

        • Understanding the University Culture and Governance
        • Human rights and equity
        • People Management
        • Finance Management
        • UVic Specific Tools
        • Critical Issues

Target:  Those currently in management and leadership roles at UVic.

Duration:  Topics in this series will generally run 1 to 2 hours.

Facilitators: Our own members of the campus community, and experts in their field, will be leading the sessions.
