Developing Others ™

Course Description: Employees face regular challenges in performing their work, and a coach’s job is to help them work through these challenges. Sometimes the best help a coach can give is to assure their employees that they have the ability to make decisions and solve problems on their own. Developing Others shows how to help others expand their capabilities so they will have the confidence to take on new challenges and work more independently.
