Course Description: Effective listening is a powerful tool for maintaining the constructive relationships needed for ongoing job effectiveness. This session will present a listening approach that balances the demands of getting the information you need with awareness that every interaction provides an opportunity to develop cement solid work relationships with others.

Learn to make conscious and deliberate choices about how to focus your time and attention in order to consistently extract what you need from listening situations and opportunities.
