Sick Leave, Return to Work and Medical Accommodation FAQs

The following FAQs have been written to reflect specific information contained in the Collective Agreements between the University and the Unions. Many of the answers are similar, as the University has made a commitment (Policy #1110) to achieve a workplace free of barriers by providing medical accommodation in a manner which is fair, equitable and needs of all parties are respected.
