  1. Father approaches the small stone, but you, child, watch him!: ὁ πατὴρ μὲν τ μίκρ λίθ προσϰωρ σὺ δέ, ὦ παῖ, αὐτὸν βλέπ
  2. The strong slaves are to blame again: οἱ ἰσϰυρ δοῦλ αὖθὶς εἰσ αἴτι.
  3. Many trees fall slowly toward the slaves: πολλ τ δένδρ πρός το δουλ βραδέως πίπτ.
  4. By Zeus! The boy is not brave: μὰ Δία! ὁ παῖς οὔ ἐστ ἀνδρεῖ.
  5. I no longer plough in the difficult fields: (ἐγὼ) ἐν το ἀγρ οὐκέτι ἀροτρεύ.
