Reappointment and Continuing Appointments

Important dates

  • 15 April: Chair must notify Members who must be considered for reappointment or a Continuing Appointment in the following academic year.
  • 1 September: Member must submit documentation to Chair including updated C.V. and Teaching Dossier.
  • 15 October: Chair of Reappointment Committee to send recommendations to the Member and Dean
  • 15 November: Faculty Advisory Committee to send recommendation for Senior Instructor Continuing Appointment recommendation to Member and Dean
  • 1 December: Dean to send recommendations to Member and VPAc .
  • 15 January: President to send recommendation to Member.
