AV staff provide on-campus technical assistance and equipment maintenance. We can deliver, set-up, and demonstrate a variety of equipment for in-class use, special events and conferences. Please note that we require 3 business days advance notice for AV rentals.

Please advise us when you find damaged screens, projectors with burnt-out bulbs or other malfunctioning equipment by reporting a problem or by calling the AV Help Line at 250-721-8292.
