We offer video recording services for Lansdowne Lectures, President's Distinguished Lectures, Women's Studies lectures, and other lectures on campus**.

To ensure we can accomodate your request we require the submission of this request form minimum two weeks prior to the start of the event. If you have any questions regarding video recording at UVic, please contact Scott Thorpe at 250-472-4578 or sthorpe1@uvic.ca.

Please note: DVDs are labelled according to the information you provide with this form; please be sure to enter the Name of Lecture and Presenter's name exactly as you would like them to appear on the finished DVDs.

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the video recording date or full charges will apply.

**Recording and dubbing are charged at $50.00 per hour with two DVDs included. Additional DVDs are available at $7.00 per copy [We do not keep copies]. Please note that setup, tear-down and production times are charged in addition to the recording. DVDs and digital files are typically completed up to two-weeks after the event recording; if you require your production in less than two-weeks, please make note in the Special Requirements section of the online booking form.
