I’ve been teaching different levels of Japanese language for more than 15 years.

During the last few years, I’ve made use of Skype in Intermediate-level classes to connect my students with students living in Japan in order to improve their conversation skills. The opportunity has brought Japaenese culture closer to my students and built self-confidence in their conversation skills.

Thank you to everyone who has participated in this project.

I am looking forward to a new career of running, reading and writing after my fast-approaching retirement. I’ve been assigned to teach PAAS330 in the fall and PAAS131 in spring during 2011-2012.
