Frequently Asked Questions
"Can this course count towards my degree? But don’t I have to take that other course afterwards anymore?"
"I’ve already taken these courses—do they still count towards my degree?"
"I’ve already taken nine units of language—do I need more?"
"Don’t I have to take six units from here, three units from there, and this set of A and B courses?"
We understand that our new program structure may seem too good to be true, especially to some of our existing students who may have had difficulties fulfilling former requirements due to course unavailability or scheduling conflicts.
But let us reassure you—our new program structure really is that clear and transparent. Choosing the courses that you are interested in to fulfill your degree requirements has never been easier. Yes, all the courses you’ve taken still do count, the language courses you’ve taken do count, and you really are now free to choose from any of our upper-level courses to fulfill the bulk of the units you need.
