Janet Love

Janet Love is currently in the 2nd year of her PhD in Lifespan Developmental Psychology with a focus on understanding the intricacies of adulthood. Her Master’s thesis, under the supervision of Dr. Holly Tuokko, Neuropsychologist in the department of Psychology and Director of the Centre on Aging, investigated the impact of transportation and its contribution to a healthy community for older adults. Currently, she is working with Dr. Stuart MacDonald, an Associate Professor with the department of psychology who has an interest in individual differences in cognitive aging and the cognitive neuroscience of aging. Her present research explores cognitive, physiological and health markers that may identify difference in individuals who are less likely to experience non-normative decline.
