Policy

The purpose of the Purchasing Services policy is to set out the responsibilities and accountability associated with the efficient and economical acquisition of products and services. This policy applies to all university faculty and staff and includes all purchases, leases and rentals using operating, capital and restricted funds from trusts, contracts and research grants under the administration of the University and its affiliated entities.
