RFP 503 Research Ship Refit
The University of Victoria invites you to respond to the attached opportunity.
To obtain the Contract Terms and Conditions, specifications and drawings for this initiative the proponents are requested to submit the Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality and Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (Appendix H) found in RFP 503. The completed and signed NDA can be emailed to ebid@uvic.ca. Upon receipt of the completed NDA, UVic will provide the drawings in CD format. UVic will require a mailing or courier address to send the CD. If the proponent is intending on attending the non-mandatory conference and site visit they must have completed and submitted the NDA. This NDA can be presented at the conference and a CD will be provided.
