FEATUREAfter 2000It would be, at best, unwise to risk predictions about the ways in which our world will be completely different in the new millennium. Yet its not too much of a stretch to venture educated guesses about whats to be expected of the future, based on what we know today. Writer John Lee (MA 96) sought out alumni from a variety of fields of expertise--from climate and politics to personal communications and womens sports--and asked them to look ahead and share their expectations for the year 2000 and beyond.
