2008-09 Elections Committee Report

A by-election for a vacant Director position was held in July 2009 resulting in the election of Lynn McCaughey for a term lasting until November 2009.
Per Article 11 of the chapter constitution, the annual election held in October 2009 resulted in nominations for Jonathan Foweraker, Lynn McCaughey and Rebecca Michaels as Directors. As no other nominations were received these individuals were elected by acclamation for two-year terms ending November 2011.
Per article 11.4c of the chapter constitution, the Executive appointed Catherine Franz as the new Chair for a two-year term ending November 2011.
