Mandate: To advise the President on equity and human rights issues and to assist the University in developing a supportive and inclusive environment.
Membership: Members of the Employment Equity Advisory Group (EMAG) and the Educational Equity Advisory Group (EDAG)

Meetings: At least once a year, and whenever the advisory groups share mutual or over-lapping interests.

Employment Equity Advisory Group
Mandate: To advise the President on equity and human rights issues as they pertain to employees.  The Advisory Group works through existing units and structures to address issues or concerns that seem not to be being adequately addressed. Recommendations, advice, or comments may be forwarded to Vice-Presidents, Associate Vice-Presidents, Faculties or departments for consideration or action.
