Cindy Player reported that the university is undergoing a massive audit of its equity goals and achievements by the Federal Contractors Program that will continue until mid-February. There was some discussion of the return-to-work protocol developed by the Joint CUPE-University committee. Question from EMAG: Would the PEA and Faculty Association have any interest in adopting a similar protocol to allow for greater consistency in how RTW cases are handled? We are working toward identifying themes for our next meeting with Pres. Turpin in March 2012.
