The uvicpea e-mail list conects professional staff members at the University of Victoria. The goal of this list is to facilitate communication amongst UVic's professional staff and its union, the PEA.

Currently most but not all UVic Professional Employees Association members are subscribed to this list and all staff are encouraged to join. All topics of widespread professional interest are open for discussion (e.g., meeting notices, upcoming professional development opportunities, conferences, project collaboration, sharing of expertise, PEA news, etc.). The number of e-mails that you might receive as a subscriber can range from one or two a month (the usual case) to one or more a day (when an issue of particular interest to the group is raised for discussion).

Any messages sent to uvicpea-l@lists.uvic.ca, or replies to messages received from this list, will go to all UVic PEA staff who are currently subscribed. Please ensure that your information is accurate prior to posting a message to the list. If you believe that your response to a discussion on the list will only be of interest to a particular individual please be sure to e-mail that person directly rather than sending your message to everyone.
