Cycle Babble: Technology
The bicycle affected the development of modern Victoria by acting as a “carrier wave” for many of today's common technologies. The bicycle would develop shops and business that would specialize in modern, state-of-the-art consumer goods. The bicycles would help start a modern regulation of transportation safety that would be carried over into modern automobiles. Modern ideas of new technology and news of the latest developments in bicycling technology would lay the ground work for new technology to develop and spread throughout out the Island.
