Transcription Of Court Case

P.4

(continued from page 4) When passing the house with my wife I have seen numbers of little Indian girls with white men about the door, using very indecent language.
Signed JOHN MENDOZA

Thomas Pattrick
I know the two prisoners one of them is named Charles King the other is Christoper Soldbergh they are tenants of mine. I produce the lease in Court (objected to by Mr. Bishop on account of the attesting witness not being present and that it is not under seal) They are the tenants of the building on Johnson Street, between Governt and Broad Streets and is at present used as a dance house
Signed THOMAS PATTRICK
