Inquest--A jury was yesterday summoned to hold an inquest over the remains of a man found on the beach at Foul Bay on Sunday. The pants, drawers and boots was fully identified as having formed part of the wearing apparel of William Black, the missing man, and evidence was brought forward to prove that he was insane at the time of his disappearance. The inquest stands adjourned until to-day. The funeral will take place this afternoon from St. Andrew's Church. The deceased man wa a native of Belfast, Ireland, and was aged about 35 years.
