Mohammad Rahman

 I am working on fabrication of plasmonic nano structures on metal films, fiber tips and ITO glass  using focused ion beam (FIB) and electron beam lithography (EBL) techniques and characterization of various dyes and protein molecules by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). Along with experiments I am doing simulation using FDTD. Besides these, we are trying to integrate light harvesting through surface plasmon resonance in  solar energy conversion devices.   

Mohammad returned to Bangladesh where he holds a position as a physics professor at the University of Dhaka
