Message from the Director

I would like to take the opportunity to welcome you to the Department of Security Services at the University of Victoria and introduce you to some of the services offered by this office.

Many of you will visit this office for parking information on campus and to attain your parking permits. However, the office offers additional services committed to the protection, fair treatment and safety of our students, staff, faculty, guests, and our properties.

Providing a safe and secure environment for all members of the campus community is our primary goal. We strive to attain this goal in a non intrusive sensitive manner while continuously striving to protect and respect the rights and dignity of every individual.

The office is located at the bus loop (adjacent to the bookstore) and staffed by a well trained and dedicated group of professionals. The staff are committed to our goal and accustomed to delivering an exceptionally high level of professional service.
