Schedule
Carly is currently offering
four week pre-registered classes. The intention is to provide an intimate
setting with 6-11 people, with the purpose of growing together and
developing sangha. These classes are not like drop-in classes, as there will
be no need to go over foundational material for the benefit of new students.
The practice will be two hours in length and include multiple components: a
longer yin sequence to nourish the connective tissue and meridian system, a
shorter yang sequence to allow chi to circulate and strengthen the muscular
system, and sitting meditation to help train the mind and open the
heart. After class, we share tea and experiences. Classes are held in beautiful spaces
in both Oak Bay and James Bay (both are in Victoria).
April - May 2012 dates: classes will be running on Monday
evenings (7:00 pm - 9:00pm)
and Wednesday mornings
(9:30 am - 11:30 am).
