A Mindful Spring: Embracing the Season of New Growth

Spring is about movement; the propulsion to change and move forward, overcoming obstacles. It can bring both creative and destructive energies, often demanding the transformation of anything old and stagnant to clear way for new ideas, new thoughts, change, and hope.  Many of us are in the midst of experiencing this powerful energy of transformation and renewal. A mindful yoga practice can help us move with the energy of the season with greater awareness and grace. Our time together will include a long yin practice that will focus on moving energy in the Liver and Gallbladder meridians followed by a short yang practice and seated meditation.
