Google Earth

Cape town’s climate is described as Mediterranean with warm, dry summers and mild winters. South Africa is located at the extreme southwest tip of South Africa and touches the Atlantic Ocean. Fezeka High school is in Guguletu, which is a black township in South Africa. The school has 1700 students and 70% of the children’s mothers are single mothers. There are usually about 70 students per class. The school is situated in a poor and overcrowded area of shanties where crime and violence are common. The drop out rate at this school is very high and the school struggles with inadequate facilities, social problems, and history of apartheid. Mseki Primary/Elementary School is also located in Guguletu.
