Ecogastronomy @ UVic

Kayla is an undergraduate researcher assistant working with Brooke Hayes assessing the co-determinants of soil quality and farmer health. Kayla comes to the ERG with experience in politics, climate advocacy, and small-scale dairy farming, which all exposed her to a wide array of issues pertaining to agriculture and the top-down management of our food systems.
Kayla is incredibly excited to be working alongside Brooke to learn more about the state of farming in British Columbia and looks forward to entering grad school herself in the not too distant future.
