Matthew Kyriakides is a farmer and soil scientist with international experience in environmental work. He holds a BSc in Global Resource Systems from the University of British Columbia and an MSc (cum laude) of Earth and Environment from Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands where he focused on soil quality and ecosystem restoration. He worked for multiple years on various farms across Canada, where he engaged in everything from organic vegetable production to animal care.
Matthew’s PhD research examines the effects of various land care techniques on climate mitigation, financial viability, and soil quality at the Sandown Centre for Regenerative Agriculture.
