As of June 6, 2014, The Malahat Review is accepting regular poetry submissions using Submittable, an online submission management system.

Here’s the skinny:

• A Submittable account is free and it's easy to join. Unlike other literary journals, we don't charge writers a "reading fee" to submit their work using Submittable.
• With Submittable, keep track of all your literary journal submissions using a streamlined interface
• The Malahat Review reads all year, which means online submissions are ongoing. No more paper, envelopes, stamps, tracking numbers... Don’t hesitate to send us your work!
• A single submission may consist of 5 - 10 poems, any style or genre
• Response time on poetry is normally 3 months
• Currently we are not accepting fiction, nonfiction, or contest entries through Submittable. The option to send fiction and nonfiction submissions will become available later this year.
