Product Warranty
All Aquatic Systems products are subject to a 90-day parts and labor warranty, excluding negligent use of the product.

Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Aquatic Systems or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, Aquatic Systems materials.
