Summer Salad

Ingredients:
(We take whatever is currently growing, freshly picked no more than one hour before dinner. The featured salad includes for two people:)
5 red-leaved oak lettuce leaves, torn
4 radishes, sliced
1/2 red (burgermeister) sweet onion, sliced
1/2 yellow zucchini, sliced
5 leaves of arrugula, torn
2 tomato wedges (1/12th)
1/2 green sweet pepper, cut into strips
2 cloves of garlic, cut up finely
6 zucchini or squash (male) flowers, cut in half, stem removed
3 tbls finest cold pressed virgin olive oil
1 tbls organic balsamic vinegar

Preparation:
Toss all ingredients but the flowers together; decorate with flowers
