Group News: Dec 2010: Brynn Dooley wins the 2010 Andy Faquharson Award for Teaching Excellence and starts her new job at Xerox Canada in Toronto. Congratulations Brynn! Dec 2010: Mark presnts his research at PACIFICHEM in Waikiki, Hawaii. Dec 2010: Michelle successfuly defends her Ph.D. and moved to a postdoc in condensed matter physics at the University of Missouri-Kansas-City (UMKC) with Prof. Anthony Caruso. Sept 2010: Jordan is the recipeient of a Pacific Century Award. Congratulations Jordan! Sept 2010: Daniel Plaul joins us a Postdoctoral Researcher from Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena in Deutschland, and will be working on photomagnetic systems.
