Course Registration Schedule
Registration starts on Tuesday, March 27. Within each group listed below, students’ access to Registration will be assigned randomly by date and time. To enable students to gain faster access to Registration the number of students eligible to register each day is limited.
You are advised to register on your assigned date and time. Please note that you are eligible to access Registration at any time after your assigned date and time. Please do not try to register before your assigned date and time as you will not be allowed access to Registration.
If you plan to register for courses in Summer Session, your registration date and time can be determined by accessing registration status in Mypage.
Year Level for your Registration Date:
Year level for undergraduate registration is determined at the time of authorization through a calculation of completed UVic units and any transfer credit granted prior to Summer Session 2012. Confirm your assigned year level for Summer Session online at www.uvic.ca/mypage to check your registration status. The University defined year levels are as follows:
Hours of Operation (Timetable/Registration)
24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year subject to operational circumstances.

NOTE: Faculty Advising Centres and Undergraduate Admissions are not able to provide timetable or registration information.
Not all courses are open to registration. Some courses are subject to registration restrictions.
New students to UVic must have paid the $200.00 acceptance deposit before access is permitted to the registration system.
