Guidelines for Student Bookings

Classrooms

Undergraduate and Graduate students may request classroom bookings if they are currently enrolled UVic students active in one of the activities below and the club or course union is ratified for that term by the UVSS (formal approval of the Club or Course Union Directors). All student bookings require the support of the UVSS and are subject to limitations, especially those with numerous dates/times/rooms.

Note that MA thesis and Phd defenses are booked via the academic departments.

Table Bookings for Bake Sales or Information - General

Student Groups wishing to book a bake sale or information table in lobby space should visit the Student and Ancillary Services website at http://www.stas.uvic.ca/table-bookings/

Table Bookings for Bake Sales or Information - Student Union Building

Student Groups wishing to book a bake sale or information table in the Student Union Building should contact the General Office of the UVSS.

Outdoor Space

Student clubs/course unions or university departments request outdoor space at http://www.stas.uvic.ca/bookings/.
