"Building, measuring and mobilizing organizational and community capacity on health."

My laboratory is staffed by researchers, policy makers and practitioners interested in youth health.

I teach a range of courses concerned with theoretical and practical approaches to promoting and developing health and wellness in a variety of populations.

My current research interests are in socio-ecological approaches to obesity prevention, building and measuring organizational and community capacity, and mobilizing communities for action on health and knowledge exchange.

I publish the outcomes of my research in a range of local and international journals concerned with youth health.
