Experimental Data:
Reference ir spectra for: nujol, isopropanol and ethyl acetate. Expt 1: Copies of the gas chromatograms of the standards and a sample gas chromatogram of the products. Expt 2: A copy of the gas chromatogram of the caraway oil, and spearmint oil the MSDS sheets for the spearmint and caraway oils (from Spectrum Chemical). Extra C=O peak in your ir? Check the reference spectrum of ethyl acetate Expt 3: Visualization of the tlc plate. |
