Abstracts

We will welcome submissions on any aspect of the science of silicon, and we are placing a particular emphasis on the following themes:

• optical applications of organosilicon compounds
• synthesis & science of silicon-based polymers
• surface science of silicon
• metal-mediated transformations at silicon
• advanced materials and nanomaterials containing silicon
• silicon in organic synthesis
• plus keywords: silicones, silsesquioxanes, siloles, silenes

Abstract submission

Abstracts should be prepared using this sample abstract (27 kb file) as a guide. Save the file to your computer and replace the sample text and graphic with your own. To submit your abstract, please send an email to Lisa Rosenberg with your abstract attached.

Deadline for abstract submission is Wednesday, April 11, 2007.

Abstracts received after this date may be considered for poster presentations, but we cannot guarantee they will be included in the bound program & abstract book.
